The video above is an in depth look at the world's largest fusion reactor

This animation was tricky because it needed to be adjusted on the fly to meet the needs of the customer. This requirement meant that I could not pre-render large portions of the reactor and then stitch the rendered clips together but rather I decided to render each layer of the reactor in isometric perspective using Cinema 4D and then edited together in AfterEffects. With each layer having transparency I would be able to then bring each part into After Effects easily and then be faded in, animated and colored without needing to re-render the entire scene in Cinema 4D.
